Welcome to BiteClub! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BiteClub platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, ordering food, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you place an order through BiteClub, you agree to pay the amounts displayed at checkout, including taxes, delivery fees, and service fees.

All prices are listed in EGP and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if the item is unavailable, the price is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

Payment options may include online payment, cash on delivery, or split payment between group members. By placing a group order, you agree to be responsible for your share of the total.

BiteClub allows you to create or join group orders with friends, family, and colleagues. When you join a group order, you are responsible for your own selections and your share of the bill.

You agree not to misuse group order features, including by creating fake orders, impersonating other users, or interfering with other members' selections.

You retain ownership of content you post to the Service, such as reviews, posts, and profile information. By posting content, you grant BiteClub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content on the Service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

You agree not to use the Service to harm, exploit, or interfere with others or with the operation of the Service. This includes not engaging in fraudulent activity, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or our systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

The BiteClub name, logo, design, and all related content, trademarks, and software are the property of BiteClub and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

BiteClub acts as a platform that facilitates orders between you and restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or preparation of food provided by third-party restaurants.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
